【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestothefollowing:(1)Designandinstallationofoxygen-fuelgasweldingandcuttingsystemsandalliedprocesses(see3.3.2),exceptforsystemsmeetingthecriteriain1.1.5(2)Utilizationofgaseousfuelsgeneratedfromflammableliquidsunderpressurewhensuchfuelsareusedwithoxygen(3)Storage,onthesiteofaweldingandcuttingsysteminstallation,ofthefollowing:(a)Gasestobeusedwithsuchsystemswheremorethanonecylindereachofoxygenandfuelgasarestoredinanysinglestoragearea[Thiscategoryincludesstorageofmorethanonecylindereachinanysinglestorageareaeventhoughallsuchstoredcylindersmaybeintendedforuseinsystemsofthekinddescribedin1.1.5(1).](b)Calciumcarbide.1.1.2Unlessspecificallyindicatedotherwise,thetermweldingandcuttingsystemsshallbeconsideredtoincludealliedprocessesinthisstandard.Whenonlyaportionofafuelgassystemistobeusedforwelding,cutting,oralliedprocesses,onlythatportionofthesystemneedcomplywiththisstandard.Whenonlyaportionofanoxygensystemistobeusedwithfuelgasforwelding,cutting,oralliedprocesses,onlythatportionofthesystemneedcomplywiththisstandard.Thisstandardshallnotapplytothefollowing:(1)Systemsconsistingofasinglecylindernotexceeding120ft3ofoxygenandasinglecylindernotexceeding120ft3offuelgasusedforweldingandcutting(2)Systemsinwhichfuelgasesarenottobeusedwithoxygen,asdescribedinNFPA54,NationalFuelGasCode,andNFPA58,LiquefiedPetroleumGasCode(3)Themanufactureofgasesandthefillingofcylinders(4)Storageofemptycylinders(5)Compressedair-fuelgassystems.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60534establishesatheoreticalmethodtopredicttheexternalsound-pressurelevelgeneratedinacontrolvalveandwithinadjacentpipeexpandersbytheflowofcompressiblefluids.Thismethodconsidersonlysingle-phasedrygasesandvapoursandisbasedontheperfectgaslaws.Thisstandardaddressesonlythenoisegeneratedbyaerodynamicprocessesinvalvesandintheconnectedpiping.Itdoesnotconsideranynoisegeneratedbyreflections,mechanicalvibrations,unstableflowpatternsandotherunpredictablebehaviour.Itisassumedthatthedownstreampipingisstraightforalengthofatleast2mfromthepointwherethenoisemeasurementismade.Thismethodisvalidonlyforsteelandsteelalloypipes(seeequations(38)and(40)in5.6).Themethodisapplicabletothefollowingsingle-stagevalves:globe(straightpatternandanglepattern),butterfly,rotaryplug(eccentric,spherical),ball,andvalveswithcagetrims.SpecificallyexcludedarethefullboreballvalveswheretheproductFpCexceeds50%oftheratedflowcoefficient.Forlimitationsonspeciallownoisetrimsnotcoveredbythisstandard,see6.5.WhentheMachnumberinthevalveoutletexceeds0,3forstandardtrimor0,2forlownoisetrim,theprocedureinclause7isused.
