【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestestmethodsforvalidatingthedurability,reliabilityandsafetyrequirementsforliquidheatingcollectorsasspecifiedinEN12975-1.Thisstandardalsoincludesthreetestmethodsforthethermalperformancecharacterisationforliquidheatingcollectors.Itisnotapplicabletothosecollectorsinwhichthethermalstorageunitisanintegralpartofthecollectortosuchanextentthatthecollectionprocesscannotbeseparatedfromthestorageprocessforthepurposeofmakingmeasurementsofthesetwoprocesses.Itisbasicallyapplicabletotrackingconcentratingcollectors,thermalperformancetestingasgivenin6.3(quasidynamictesting)isalsoapplicabletomostconcentratingcollectordesigns,fromstationarynon-imagingconcentratorsasCPCstohighconcentratingtrackingdesigns.Partsofthesolarradiationmeasurementshouldbeadjustedincaseofatrackingcollectorandincaseapyrheliometerisusedtomeasurebeamradiation.Collectorsthatarecustombuilt(builtin;e.groofintegratedcollectrosthatdonotcomposeoffactorymademodulesandareassembleddirectlyontheplaceofinstallation)cannotbetestedintheiractualformfordurability,reliabilityandthermalperformanceaccordingtothisstandard.Instead,amodulewiththesamestructureasthereadycollectormaybetested.Rhemodulegrossareashouldbeatleast2m*2m.Thetestisvalidonlyforlargercollectorsthanthetestedmodule.

适用范围
本标准规定了外形尺寸符合GB/T 276-1994规定的直径系列0、2、3，公称内径为3mm～120mm，径向游隙符合GB/T 4604-2006规定的0、2、3组游隙的深沟球轴承振动(速度)技术条件以及内径为3mm～60mm，V3和V4组对应的振动(速度)峰值技术条件。
本标准规定的V组是对通用轴承振动(速度)的基本要求，轴承上不标记V；V1、V2、V3、V4组适用于对振动(速度)有要求的轴承；VF3、VF4组适用于对振动(速度)和振动(速度)峰值均有要求的轴承。
本标准适用于制造厂对成品轴承的生产检验和用户验收。
