【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcovershafniumalloyedniobiumfoil,sheet,strip,andplate.1.2ThematerialcoveredbythisspecificationisR04295,niobium-basealloycontainingapproximately10%hafniumand1%titanium.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.4Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section14,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
