【摘要】:Thisstandardclassifiesgroupsofenvironmentalparametersandtheirseveritiestowhichproductsaresubjectedduringportableandnon-stationaryuse,includingperiodsoftransfer,downtime,maintenanceandrepair.Theenvironmentalconditionscoveredbythesegroupsinclude:-theenvironmentalconditionsatlocationswheretheproductmaybeplacedorusedtemporarily;-thechangeofenvironmentalparametersduetochangeoflocation;-theenvironmentalconditionsrelatedtotransferoftheproductbetweendifferentlocations.Theenvironmentalconditionsclassifieddonottakeintoaccounttheuseprofileoftheproduct;i.e.whethertheproductisusedonlyduringatemporarystationarystate,duringthestateoftransferorarbitrarily.Theconditionsofportableandnon-stationaryusetowhichproductsmaybeexposedincludeland-basedandoffshore,weatherprotectedandnon-weatherprotectedlocations.Theconditionsfurtherincludetransferwhichisapartoftheportableandnon-stationaryuse.Theenvironmentalconditionsspecifiedinthisstandardarelimitedtothosewhichmaydirectlyaffecttheperformanceofproducts.Onlyenvironmentalconditionsassuchareconsidered.Nospecialdescriptionoftheeffectsoftheseconditionsontheproductisgiven.Environmentalconditionsdirectlyrelatedtofireorexplosionhazardsandconditionsrelatedtoionizingradiationareexcluded.Anyotherunforeseenincidentsarealsoexcluded.Thepossibilityoftheiroccurenceshouldbetakenintoaccountinspecialcases.Microclimatewithinaproductisnotincluded.Conditionsofstationaryuse,useinvehicles,andships,andconditionsofstorageandtransportationaregiveninothersectionsofIEC60721-3.Alimitednumberofclassesofenvironmentalconditionsisgiven,coveringabroadfieldofapplication.Theuserofthisstandardshouldselectthelowestclassificationnecessaryforcoveringtheconditionsoftheintendeduse.
