【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomultizonesdishwashing-machineswithpassingthroughmotorizedbelt(flighttype)orrackconveyor.Incaseofflighttype,theloadingandunloadingareasarepartofthemachine.ThemachinescoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareintendedforwashing,rinsingandoptionallydryingthedishesandthekitchenutensils,usedinfoodandcateringpremisessuchasrestaurants,hotelsetc.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestodishwashingmachineswithconveyorwithalinearspeedlessthanorequalto5m/minforthedishesandkitchenutensils.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttodishwashingmachineswithconveyor,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardswhichcanariseduringcommissioning,operation,maintenanceanddecommissioningofthemachine.WhendrawingupthisEuropeanStandardthefollowingassumptionsweremade:?onlytrainedadultpersonsoperatethemachines;?themachinesareusedinadequatelyilluminatedareas.ThisEuropeanStandard,referringforelectricalsafetytoEN60204-1withcriteriathatcanbeappliedtodifferentdesignsandvariants,ismainlyintendedformachinesmanufacturedinsmallseries.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:?separatemechanicalloadingandunloadingconveyors;?chemicaldosingdeviceswhicharenotincorporatedintothemachine;?steamgenerators;?gasheatingequipment.1.3Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardforthesemachines.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthesemachinesisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisincludedinAnnexA.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletodishwashing-machineswithconveyorwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
